Liberty Operations locates in part of former Schult Home building

Liberty Operations of Plainville has become the third firm to locate inside the Midland Marketing facility (formerly Schult Homes).  Besides Midland Marketing, the other firm to locate at the facility is American Tank Service.  They are located in the north building, formerly the mechanic shop.

Liberty Operations will fabricate oil field replacement parts and also agriculture equipment such as loading chutes and corral fencing.  Having this building has allowed two employees of Liberty Operations to work through the winter months   In addition, Liberty Operations will add two more employees throughout the summer.

Meanwhile, Liberty Buildings continues to expand it's business and is using the new building for all the materials and vehicle storage.  Liberty Buildings has hired five employees since January 1, 2011.  The company sells and installs fabric and metal buildings.

Midland Marketing continues to work inside a portion of the facility as they look to expand their fertilizer and spraying business.  The Rooks County Economic Development office is working with several tenants on possibly locating within the final portion of the original Schult building.
