Comments

The entire complex is owned by Midland Marketing, but the original building is available for lease.  Building has always been for modular home production, but has no inside walls except for offices.  Numerous overhead doors.    Parking is available on the south end, with parking for 100 vehicles. Concrete surfaces surround parts of the buildings, but most is gravel. The entire facility is surrounded by 5 ft. chain link fence.
