A Three-Day Intensive Leadership Workshop
presented in Rooks County, Kansas, by Rooks County Economic Development

A leaderful community is essential in the 21st century.  Everyone must have the capacities to make the community work.  This intensive workshop will help you understand what makes an effective community, discover your gifts and talents, and learn to create and work in performing teams, transforming challenges into possibilities.

Those who want to make Rooks County a better place, improve their leadership skills and learn more about creating effective teams; and those who are interested in building consensus and collaborations, making organizations work and making a difference...EVERYONE!!

Workshops
Three consecutive Wednesdays: October 1, 8, & 15, 2008, 5:30 - 9:30 p.m.  Participants must commit to all three sessions and complete a community project in order to graduate.

Celebration Session
Projects and achievements will be recognized.
