Comments

Building has always been for modular home production, but has no inside walls except for offices.  Numerous overhead doors.   A 3,960 sq. ft. cafeteria built in 2006 is attached. A parking lot at the north end of the building will hold approximately 80 vehicles. The surface is recycled asphalt. Parking is also available on the south end, with parking for 100 vehicles. Concrete surfaces surround parts of the buildings, but most is gravel. The entire facility is surrounded by 5 ft. chain link fence.
