Rooks County is a participant in a new housing program developed by the Innovation Center in Norton, to provide a source of funding in the form of forgivable loans to developers, builders, and/or homeowners to address increasing housing costs and appraisal gaps that challenge the ability of families and individuals to enjoy the opportunity of homeownership or affordable rental housing.
